Job Summary

Brigade is a fast-paced, high energy environments full of people with a passion for food, drink, and customer service. We take it as our job to make our guests feel at home while providing memorable dining experiences. All Front of House staff are expected to anticipate guest & teammate needs, be a menu expert to provide a knowledgeable dining journey, and deliver genuine hospitality to everyone we come in contact with. Front of House staff are also responsible for all proper ‘Steps of Service’ execution.

Brigade is looking for an upbeat individual to assist in running our weekend brunch shifts. Our weekend host will receive a base hourly pay and a portion of the tip pool, in addition to shift meals and discounts when off shift! Our ideal candidate is reliable and looking for 2-3 shifts per week.
 
Responsibilities 

  • Punctual and able to consistently work Saturday and Sunday mornings. Opportunity to pick up more shifts as needed.
  • Willingness to participate as part of a team with enthusiasm and respect.
  • Excellent customer service skills, able to assess customer needs and recommend educated recommendations.
  • Clear understanding and adherence to safety and sanitization guidelines and procedures.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, communicative.
  • Greeting, seating and organizing reservations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar setting preferred.
  • Physically able to work standing for long periods of time (6+ hours).
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation: $12.00 per hour
